::: News & Events Avia Trucks Ireland have now moved from Kilbeggan to a new purpose built vehicle centre at Burlington Business Park, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. New 12 Tonne The New Avia 12 tonne has now arrived. It uses stronger frame and axles as its 10 tonne siblings but is powered by the recently launched 185 HP Cummins Euro 4 engine and 6 speed gearbox.  It also has air suspension as an option. As per the 7.5 and 10 tonne models, this 12 tonner features all the high specification fittings normally found in well-equipped passenger cars.  Another Avia Truck to Trust.   In addition to the 5 new Avia D 75 with 16 ft fridges which were delivered to Kerry Foods in 2006, there are 4 more new Euro 4 Avia D75 going into service on 1st October 2007 at their Portadown facility.  Such has been the success of the 1st Avia delivered to Tubs & Tiles at their Athlone branch last year, that they have added another 23 Avia's to the fleet    Tubs & Tiles, Heatmerchants and Brooks are all part of the Wolseley Group.
